- Your Chest Size: Wrap a measuring tape around your chest at its widest part (just under your arms). This is your body chest size.
- Garment Chest: Lay the t-shirt flat and measure straight across the front from one armpit to the other, then double that number. This is the chest size of the t-shirt itself

T-Shirt Length: Measure from the top of your shoulder (next to the neck) down to the bottom edge of the tee.
